Informationen zu unseren Verpackungen hinsichtlich EU-VO 2025/40 (PPWR)

Konformität:
Wir führen für alle von uns in Verkehr gebrachten Verpackungen ein Konformitätsbewertungsverfahren gemäß Art. 38 und 39 der PPWR durch.

Mehrwegverpackungen:
Information für Deutschland: Alle unsere Getränkekästen ebenso wie unsere Getränkeflaschen sind Mehrwegverpackungen gemäß den Vorgaben aus Art. 11, 12 und 15 der PPWR.

Transportverpackungen:
Unsere Inlands-Transportverpackung besteht aus folgenden Komponenten: EPAL-Palette, zwei Sicherungsschnüre und zwei Paletten-Etiketten (NVE-Etiketten).
Unsere EU-Export-Transportverpackung besteht aus folgenden Komponenten: Exportkartons, EPAL-Palette, zwei Sicherungsschnüre, zwei Paletten-Etiketten (NVE-Etiketten), LLDPE-Stretchfolie und Papierklebeband.
Alle Komponenten sind zur Entsorgung problemlos trennbar (im Sinne der Recyclingfähigkeitsanforderungen gemäß Art. 6 der PPWR).

Identifikation und Rückverfolgbarkeit:
Über eine intern erstellte Systematik gewährleisten wir die Identifikation und Rückverfolgbarkeit all unserer Verpackungsmaterialien entsprechend den Vorgaben zur Kennzeichnung und Identifizierung nach Art. 15 Absätze 5 und 6 der PPWR.

Information on Our Packaging with Regard to Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on Packaging and Packaging Waste (PPWR)

Conformity
We conduct a conformity assessment procedure for all packaging we place on the market, in accordance with Articles 38 and 39 of the PPWR.

Reusable Packaging
Note for Germany: Both our beverage crates and bottles qualify as reusable packaging under Articles 11, 12, and 15 of the PPWR.

Transport Packaging
Our domestic transport packaging comprises the following components: an EPAL pallet, two securing cords, and two pallet labels (SSCC/NVE labels).

For EU exports, our transport packaging includes: export cartons, an EPAL pallet, two securing cords, two pallet labels (SSCC/NVE labels), LLDPE stretch film, and paper adhesive tape.

All components are easily separable for disposal, meeting the recyclability requirements set out in Article 6 of the PPWR.

Identification and Traceability
Using an internal system, we ensure the identification and traceability of all our packaging materials in full compliance with the labeling and identification requirements laid down in Article 15(5) and (6) of the PPWR.
